Company Administrator Only
If the Ministry identifies non-compliance, penalties may be issued. This section lets Company Administrators view penalties and upload proof of payment.

See all penalties issued to your company, including the reason, amount, and current status.
Upload Proof of Payment
Once paid, upload your receipt or bank confirmation. The penalty amount is frozen while the Ministry verifies.
Important
Penalties accrue daily while unpaid (ZMW 45,000 per day). Resolve them promptly to minimise the total amount.
