Activity Log
The Activity Log is a timeline of everything that has happened on your LOCAS account. Access it from Quick Links → Activity Log on any page.
What Gets Logged
Only meaningful, data-changing actions appear in the log — not page views:
| Category | Events Tracked |
|---|---|
| Procurement | Plans created/updated, tenders declared/awarded, disclosures submitted |
| Employment | Returns submitted, updated, approved |
| Suppliers | Suppliers registered, linked, unlinked, updated |
| SDP | Programmes created/submitted, milestones completed |
| Compliance | Reports generated, cases opened, responses submitted |
| Users | Invitations sent, roles changed, profiles updated |
| Documents | Files uploaded (reports, certificates, proof of payment) |
How to Use It
- Track submissions: Confirm when a document was submitted and by whom.
- Audit trail: See the full history of changes to any record.
- Troubleshooting: If something looks wrong, check the log to see what happened and when.
Tip
The Activity Log is useful when handing over to a new officer — they can review the full history of your company's submissions without needing a separate briefing.
