No — once submitted, it's locked for review. If the Ministry rejects it, you'll receive feedback and can make corrections before resubmitting.

Use the Bulk Import feature in the My Suppliers section. Download the template, fill in your supplier details, and upload.
A company is Local if classified as Citizen Owned (≥51% Zambian ownership) or Citizen Empowered (≥25% Zambian ownership). Companies below 25% are Non-Local. This is determined from the beneficial ownership disclosure.
Core (First Schedule) goods/services may be sourced from local or non-local suppliers, subject to progressive thresholds (20% → 40%) and the 15% Margin of Preference.
Non-Core (Second Schedule) goods/services are 100% reserved for local companies. Non-local suppliers cannot be awarded non-core contracts.
These tiles are only visible to Company Administrators. Ask your company's admin to grant you appropriate permissions.
Procurement summaries are automatically generated by the system each quarter and updated as your tenders are approved. You don't create them — just review and submit.
