LOCAS Portal User Guide
Your step-by-step guide to the Local Content Assessment System
Mine Profile
Your Mine Profile holds your company’s registration and contact information. The Ministry uses this for official correspondence and compliance assessments — keep it accurate and up to date.
Access it from Quick Links → Mine Profile on any page.
Administrator Only
Only Company Administrators can view and edit the Mine Profile. If your company details need updating, contact your administrator.
What You Can Update
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Company Name and Trading Name | Must match your official registration documents. |
| Companies Registration Number | Issued by PACRA. |

Profile Submission Workflow
Changes to your Mine Profile must be submitted to and approved by the Ministry before they take effect officially. The profile follows this status flow:

| Submitted | Sent to the Ministry for review. No further edits until a decision is made. |
| Approved | Accepted by the Ministry. This is now the official version on record. |
How to Update Your Profile
Open Mine Profile
Go to Quick Links → Mine Profile and review your current details.
Edit Your Details
Click Edit Profile and update the relevant fields.
Submit for Approval
Click Submit Profile. The profile is sent to the Ministry. You will be notified by email when it is approved or if any changes are requested.
Tip
Whenever your company details change — new address, new contact person, updated TIN — update your Mine Profile and re-submit it promptly so the Ministry always has current information.
