Mine Profile
Your Mine Profile contains your company's registration and contact information. The Ministry uses this for official correspondence and compliance assessments, so keep it up to date.
Access it from the Quick Links sidebar on any page, or click "Edit information" next to your company details on the dashboard.
What You Can Update
- Company name and registration details
- Physical and postal address
- Phone numbers and email addresses
- Company logo and supporting documents
- Key contact persons
Tip
If your company details change (new address, contact person, etc.), update your Mine Profile straight away so the Ministry always has correct information.
